Superyacht standards.
Brought home.
The care of your home, backed by experience managing valuable assets, budgets, people and long-term plans.
Knowing what needs doing.
Seeing it through.
Founded by a former superyacht captain, Shorehouse draws on a decade of responsibility for private yachts, their owners and the people who keep them running.
The work combines budgets and accounts, crew recruitment, contractor coordination and maintenance planned years ahead. It calls for sound judgement, discretion and careful handling of fine materials, finishes and possessions.
Those same habits guide our work ashore: anticipate what needs attention, act resourcefully and see the details through, with clear reporting and agreed spending limits.
A future for crew ashore
As Shorehouse grows, our aim is to create opportunities for experienced captains, engineers, interior crew and deck crew moving into work on land, alongside local trades and specialists.
Can you work with my existing cleaner or gardener?
Yes. Existing suppliers can remain part of the plan. Shorehouse can coordinate their visits, supervise agreed work and keep you informed.
Does Shorehouse carry out practical work directly?
Yes. Gardening, minor repairs, basic cleaning, routine pool care and other practical tasks can be carried out directly where appropriate and agreed with you. When a job needs specialist skills or a larger team, we arrange the right people and coordinate their work.
Can you help organise a renovation or landscaping project?
We can help clarify what you want done, find suitable architects or specialists, organise quotations and coordinate the agreed work. The scope, budget and approvals are set with you before the project proceeds.
How are visits and fees arranged?
Start with a free, no-obligation conversation and initial assessment from the details you share. We then outline the proposed work and indicative costs. A property visit can be arranged if needed, with any attendance or travel costs agreed beforehand. Your quotation reflects the property, systems, grounds, visit frequency and coordination required. Supplier costs, materials and purchases are identified separately.
